Asheville, N.C. - North Greenville wrapped up the regular season on Saturday at the Bulldog Invite with four first place finishes and five total podium finishes.
Bre'Asia Robinson led the way on the sprint side, claiming a first-place finish in the 100 meters with a time of 11.87 while also taking second in the 200 meters (24.42). Kathleen Dombroski added a solid sixth-place finish in the 200 meters (24.59).
The hurdles group delivered big results, as Ariana Lemieux captured gold in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.65 and added a sixth-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles (15.39).
In the middle-distance events, Emery Lindsey earned a first-place finish in the 800 meters (2:14.58), while Riley Nicholson placed seventh in the same event (2:18.72). Riley Shope dominated the distance field, winning the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:07.86, and Cecily Anderton turned in a strong fourth-place finish in the 5K (18:19.85).
In the field events, Ella Davidson led the way with a fourth-place finish in the discus (37.75m). Lauren Baker (35.48m) and Elise Smith (35.44m) placed fourth and fifth, respectively, in the javelin, while Remiah Stripling added another fourth-place showing in the triple jump (10.85m).
