Tigerville, S.C. - Kam Montgomery and Gavin Calhoun have been named the Conference Carolinas Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week after their performances this weekend against the University of Charleston. 

Montgomery earned the honor for the second consecutive week. Saturday vs. the Golden Eagles Montgomery threw for a career high 238 - yards and one touchdown. Montgomery also posted his first 100 - yard game on the ground after carrying the ball 15 - times for 104 - yards and two scores. He accounted for 345 - yards of total offense and three scores in NGU's come from behind win over Charleston. 

Gavin Calhoun led the Trailblazers in tackling on Saturday with nine total stops from his linebacker position. Calhoun also had a tackle for a loss in the winning effort.
