Tigerville - North Greenville University has announced kickoff times and special gameday celebrations for the 2026 home football season, giving Trailblazer fans plenty of reasons to fill Younts Stadium this fall.
The home schedule begins under the lights on Friday night, September 11, as North Greenville hosts Charleston (W.Va.) with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. The home opener will also feature First Responders and Military Appreciation Night, honoring the men and women who serve our communities and our country.
The Trailblazers return home on October 10 for a 12:00 p.m. kickoff against Chowan. Fans can also welcome generations of past NGU football athletes back to campus during Football Alumni Day, as former players, coaches, and staff reunite in Tigerville to celebrate the program's history, and cheer on the 2026 Trailblazers. NGU will take time throughout the game to recognize past teams as we honor their accomplishments. More information and registration details for all NGU Football Alumni will be released soon.
One of the biggest weekends of the year arrives on October 17 as North Greenville hosts Shorter for Homecoming with kickoff scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Alumni, students, families, and fans are invited back to campus for an exciting day of football, tradition, and celebration.
The 2026 home schedule concludes on October 31 when the Trailblazers face Erskine in a 12:00 p.m. kickoff. The final home game of the regular season will feature both Senior Day and Hall of Fame Day, recognizing the senior class in its final home appearance while celebrating the newest members of the North Greenville Athletics Hall of Fame.
