The North Greenville Trailblazers were victorious over the Carolina University Bruins with a final score of 71-63 in Charlotte, North Carolina. North Greenville pulled away throughout the 1st half, taking a one-sided 40-22 lead into halftime. NGU shot an impressive .546 from the field for the half. However, things would slow down for the Trailblazers as the Bruins put up a fight in the 2nd half, outscoring the Trailblazers by ten. Carolina was able to close the deficit down to five, but NGU would secure the win with a tip in and a free throw in the final minute. North Greenville shot .456 from the field for the game and led in points in the paint 46-34 and second change points 21-12.
