Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers fell to the Warriors of Southern Wesleyan University with a final score of 3-2 at Hayes Gymnasium. After falling in the opening set, NGU recovered to take sets two and three. After SWU narrowly took set four, the two teams would go to set five, where the Warriors would pull away to win the final set 15-6. North Greenville slightly led the match with a .098 attack percentage and led in points, kills, service aces, assists, and digs while slightly trailing in blocks.
Gabby Rice put together a solid performance, posting 11 kills with just 1 attack error. She also finished with 2 block assists and 2 digs.
Anna Fiddelke recorded 12 kills, 7 digs, and 2 block assists.
Haley Freeman put up 9 kills, 9 digs, and a solo block.
