Box Score The North Greenville Trailblazers put together a 3-0 sweep of the Lees-McRae Bobcats this evening in Charlotte, North Carolina. NGU proved to be consistent throughout the night, posting just three attack errors in all three sets, leading to an overall impressive attack percentage of .337. After a fast start by the Bobcats in the opening set, the Trailblazers bounced back and took over from there including a five point run to end the set with a 25-18 set win. The second set saw North Greenville get off to a good start by scoring five of the first six points. Several momentum swings took place throughout the set, but ultimately NGU was able to maintain control throughout to win the set with a score of 25-18. Set three was controlled by Lees-McRae for most of the way, but a late run by North Greenville would end the night early as North Greenville would post an 8-1 run to win the set 25-22.

Peyton Taylor put together an impressive performance, finishing with ten kills, six digs, three service aces, a block assist, and an assist. Samantha Ball posted nine kills along with thirteen digs, three block assists, and a service ace. Allison Ball provided twenty assists and seven digs.

NGU will return to action on Friday, October 18th against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders in Belmont, North Carolina.
