Box Score After dropping their first game of the tournament, the North Greenville Crusaders overcame the odds and won four games in a row, with the final being a 14-1 victory over the Mount Olive Trojans to win the 2021 Conference Carolinas Tournament Championship at Fleming Stadium in Wilson, North Carolina. The Crusaders took a small early lead with a run in the 1st and one in the 2nd, but five-run 4th and 5th innings ended any doubt as NGU would go on to shutout the Trojans. The championship is North Greenville's fourth overall and third in a row. NGU will now focus on the NCAA Southeast Regional Tournament, which will be held in a location that has yet to be determined. North Greenville will go into the tournament with a 33-11 overall record.

- Reece Fields took the mound as the starting pitcher for the championship game. John Michael Faile would quickly get NGU the lead with a solo home run in the 1st. He would repeat in the 3rd with another solo shot. A five-run 4th inning for NGU included RBI singles by Douglas Angeli and Gehrig Octavio as well as two wild pitches that allowed Octavio and Ethan Stringer to score. North Greenville would post five more runs in the 5th including a home run by Josh Senter, an RBI single by Angeli, and sacrifice fly balls by Stringer and Faile. Pat Monteith would get himself in the home run column with a solo shot in the 6th. Angeli would also score in the inning on a wild pitch. In the 8th, Mount Olive was able to get on the board with a solo home run, but John Michael Faile would respond with an RBI double off the wall in right center field. Brent Herlong finished off the Trojans with a scoreless 9th inning to secure the championship victory.
