Tigerville – North Greenville Baseball had two players voted to the 2026 All – Region Team this week as Matty Brown and Thomas Skipper, both pitchers, earned 2^nd team All – Region nods. 
 
Matty Brown, NGU's top starter for the 2026 season finished the season with an impressive 2.62 earned run average and a 1.34 WHIP. He started 15 – games this year and finished with a 9 – 3 record. His earned run average led the league. 
 
NGU reliever Thomas Skipper was also voted second team All – Region by voters after a solid '26 campaign. Skipper made 28 – appearances out of the bullpen this season and secured a 4 – 1 record. He had a team low 1.74 earned run average in 31 – innings with teams hitting just .227 against him.
