North Greenville swept this week's Conference Carolinas baseball weekly awards as Marek Chlup was named Player of the Week while Ethan Garner was named Pitcher of the Week. Chlup went 7-15 (.467 AVG) for the week and recorded 4 home runs, a triple, a double, 13 RBIs, and 6 runs scored. Ethan Garner was highly-productive from the mound, pitching 6 strong innings against Erskine. He allowed just 2 hits and a walk while striking out 7. The redshirt sophomore from the Czech Republic and the graduate student from Jefferson, Georgia were key in North Greenville's perfect week that included a four-game sweep of the Chowan Hawks and a doubleheader sweep of the Erskine Flying Fleet.

The Crusaders will return to action on Friday, March 12th to begin a four-game series against the Warriors of Southern Wesleyan University in Tigerville.
