Box Score North Greenville fell just short to the Lander Bearcats with a final score of 12-10 in Greenville, SC. The Crusaders were outscored by two goals in the 1st half but improved in the 2nd half as both teams would score six in the half. NGU had several opportunities to score late, but the Bearcat defense was able to prevent that from occurring. Jillian Chiesa led the way with a four goal performance.

• Lander pulled ahead early, shutting out the Crusaders in the first 15 minutes while scoring four goals. However, NGU would get back into the game with four goals as well, scored by Dani O'meara, Olivia Foltz, and two goals scored by Danielle LaPlume. The Bearcats would close out the half with two goals to lead 6-4.
• NGU claimed their first lead of the game by scoring three goals in the first ten minutes. Jillian Chiesa score the first two goals while Kaitlin O'Brien came through with the third. The Bearcats would score two in a row from there, but NGU returned the favor with two additional goals scored by Jillian Chiesa. Lander would yet again score two in a row. Ashley Thatcher would tie the game yet again with a goal to make the score 10-10. However, the Bearcats would close out the game with the final two goals. NGU had several opportunities for a late goal, but would come up empty.
