The North Greenville Trailblazers were represented in the 2026 Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse All-Conference selections by Kami Straub and Aubree Mayse following strong individual performances throughout the season.

Straub earned All-Conference Second Team honors after leading North Greenville with 39 goals and 43 points during the season. She also ranked second on the team with 77 draw controls while adding 29 ground balls and 24 caused turnovers. Additionally, Straub led the team with 85 shots and recorded two game-winning goals during the year.

Mayse was named to the All-Conference Third Team following a standout campaign in which she totaled 29 goals and 37 points. She led the Trailblazers with 90 draw controls, one of the top marks in Conference Carolinas, while also contributing 20 ground balls and 9 caused turnovers.

North Greenville finished the season with an 8-10 overall record with a 6-3 record in conference play while averaging 12.5 goals per game.
