Box Score For the second straight game, North Greenville scored a shutout victory, this time over the Emmanuel Lions with a score of 19-0. The game was all but over in the 1st half as NGU pulled away to lead 11-0 at the half. North Greenville took it easy in the 2nd half, but did manage six more goals. Aly Estes put together a dominant performance with six goals and two assists.
1st Half (11-0 NGU)
Less than a minute into the game, a goal by Jillian Chiesa put the Crusaders on the board first. A minute and a half later, Aly Estes scored her first goal of the game. Hanna Hawkins followed with a goal less than a minute later and Chiesa would score her second of the game shortly after to put NGU up 4-0 less than five minutes into the game. The Crusaders would pull away further several minutes later with goals by Estes and Olivia Fultz. Soon after, Rachel Kellogg would score her first goal followed by a third goal by Estes. With just under ten minutes remaining in the half, Maegan Easler recorded a goal while Estes would close out the half with her fourth and fifth goals of the game.
2nd Half (17-0 NGU)
Foltz would get the scoring started in the half with her second goal of the game. About four minutes later, Kaitlin Yenson would connect for a goal. Bridgett Sewell would follow up with a goal and three minutes later Easler put up her second goal of the game. In the final six minutes, Hawkins would score her second goal of the game while Estes wrapped things up with her sixth goal.

Aly Estes put together quite a performance, scoring 6 goals and providing 2 assists.
Jillian Chiesa scored 2 goals and also provided an assist.
Olivia Foltz and Hanna Hawkins scored 2 goals each.

North Greenville will try to keep the momentum going against the Lees-McRae Bobcats on Tuesday, March 12th. The game was originally scheduled to be played in Banner Elk, NC. However, the game will now be played in Tigerville due to poor field conditions.
