In high school, Emilie served as team captain and was awarded Offensive Player of the Year (2018, 2019). Emilie played volleyball, softball, and basketball in high school. Emilie played club volleyball with Tribe Volleyball Club. As a collegiate athlete, Emilie was awarded Academic All-Conference Team for the 2021 season. Emilie Allen is an asset for NGU volleyball by bringing positivity and energy to the court. Emilie strengthens the team with her line attack from the left side. While her primary position is outside hitter, she swings well from the right side.
