The North Greenville Trailblazers were well represented in this week's Conference Carolinas honors, as two standout performers earned Baseball Player of the Week and Pitcher of the Week accolades following a strong stretch of games.

Junior pitcher Bennett Roemer was named Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week after delivering a dominant outing on the mound. Roemer tossed a complete game in North Greenville's 7-2 win over UNC Pembroke, allowing just two runs on four hits while striking out eight over seven innings. The strong performance improved his record to a perfect 7-0 for the season with a 2.37 ERA.

On the offensive side, Josh Foulks earned Conference Carolinas Player of the Week honors. Foulks played a pivotal role at the plate during the week, including hitting for the cycle against Anderson University early on in the week.

NGU will return to action in their final home series of the regular season starting on Friday, April 17th against the Hawks of Chowan University.
