Tigerville – Saturday's game versus Emmanuel was never in doubt for North Greenville who cruised to a 19 – 7 win over the visiting Lions.
The Trailblazers once again took control of the game in the first quarter with seven goals. Caden led the charge with two goals.
Steven Huls Jr. also had a pair of scores in the first quarter. The Lions scored a pair of goals in the opening frame but NGU answered with three straight goals to take a 7 – 2 lead into the second quarter. Castle stayed hot in the second quarter dishing out five goals including two unanswered to end the period.
The Trailblazers led 12 – 4 at intermission. A different Castle led the offensive charge in the third quarter as
Connor Castle scored twice in the third period.
Connor Castle also scored twice in the second period as NGU cruised to its second Conference Carolinas win of the season.
Caden Castle ended with a team high six goals while
Connor Castle had four scores.
Race Bowen earned his first win in net with seven saves.
