The North Greenville Trailblazers put together a dominant performance in Bristol, Tennessee with a 3-0 sweep of the King Tornado. Set one was controlled by the Trailblazers, who put together an eleven point run and ultimately took it with a score of 25-17. King led early on in set two, but the Trailblazers would take over the momentum and never look back, decisively winning the set 25-15. North Greenville continued with the momentum in set three, scoring six of the first seven points. They went on to take the set 25-17 to end the night early. For the match, North Greenville put together a .294 hit percentage while holding the Tornado to a negative percentage. NGU also led the night in all major categories except service aces. The win improves North Greenville's record to 6-2 overall with a 4-1 record in conference play.
Logan Keothavy had a dominant night, posting 11 kills without an error in addition to completing a double-double with 11 digs as well as a block assist.
Thomas Roper recorded 8 kills, 7 digs, and a block assist.
Landon Richter finished with 7 kills and 4 block assists.
NGU will return to action on Friday, March 6th in Salisbury, North Carolina against the Catawba College Indians.
