The North Greenville Trailblazers began their week with a 3-0 loss to the Golden Eagles of the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. NGU thoroughly dominated the match, starting things off with a one-sided 25-14 set win. Things improved for North Greenville but only slightly as they fell in set two with a score of 25-16 as well as set three with a score of 25-18. Charleston not only led, but doubled NGU in kills and service aces while leading by even further in blocks and assists. North Greenville struggled overall, finishing with a .067 hitting percentage while the Golden Eagles impressed with a .475 percentage.
