Mars Hill was able to get on the board first in game two, scoring two runs in the 1st and two more runs in the 2nd. NGU followed that up with two runs of their own in each of the 3rd and 4th innings including a two-run home run by
Karley Green. The Lions reclaimed the lead in the bottom of the 4th with three runs including two home runs. After a scoreless 5th, a home run by Haylee Whiteside cut the North Greenville deficit to two. Mars Hill would respond with a solo shot of their own in the bottom of the inning to extend the lead back to three.
