Tigerville, SC – North Greenville Athletic Director,
Will Lowrey has announced promotions within the NGU Athletic Department.
Emily Owani will transition from her title of Director of Trailblazer Club to Director of Community Engagement. The new position will focus on creative ways to connect our athletic department within our campus and community for more impactful engagement. Josh Milner will transition from his title of Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations and Facilities to Associate Athletic Director for External Operations and Facilities. The promotion will have Josh manage all Trailblazer Club activities and sponsorship opportunities as well as his duties for operations and facilities.
Dustin Fuls will transition from Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Internal Operations to Deputy Athletic Director. The Deputy Athletic Director will be second in charge of all Athletic Department operations.
"Dustin, Josh, and Emily have earned my confidence in their ability to exceed expectations with their consistent work ethic and professionalism. This will ultimately allow the athletic department to maximize our potential for gaining support for our student-athletes at North Greenville.
Emily will begin her 6
th year in the athletics department this school year. She has served as the Assistant Trailblazer Club Director (2019), Director of Club and Annual Giving (2021), and the Director of the Trailblazer Club last year.
Josh started his career at NGU as a Graduate Assistant for the Men's Basketball program in the fall of 2012. Coach Milner completed his Master's degree in Business Administration here at NGU in 2013 and accepted the position as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. He is a 2010 graduate of Clemson University where he earned a BS in Health Science and a minor in Athletic Leadership. He begins his 13th year in the athletics department in the 2025 school year.
Dustin graduated from North Greenville in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management. He has held the title of Compliance Director and Associate Athletic Director For Compliance and Internal Operations. Before graduating in December of 2009, Fuls was a student assistant working with then assistant athletic director Micah Sepko, as well as head softball coach of the late Buster Sturkey, and Jan McDonald. He also aided new head coach Sarah Hall in 2011 when the Crusaders won the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association National Championship. Fuls added a Masters of Business Administration to his resume' in 2011, completing a two year graduate assistant-ship with the NGU athletic department.
All three will officially transition on August 1, 2025.
