The North Greenville University softball team concluded its 2025 season with a commendable 35–21 overall record and a 14–10 mark in Conference Carolinas play. The Trailblazers' late-season momentum propelled them deep into the Conference Carolinas Tournament, where they finished as runners-up.
After a mid-season stretch that saw the team hovering around a .500 conference record, North Greenville found its stride in April. The Trailblazers secured key victories, including a sweep of Southern Wesleyan and a run-rule win over Mount Olive, to close out the regular season on a high note.
Entering the Conference Carolinas Tournament with momentum, North Greenville continued its strong play. The Trailblazers went 4-0 with victories over Young Harris, Francis Marion, Mount Olive, and Emmanuel to advance to the championship series, ultimately falling to Francis Marion University.
Freshman pitcher Kylie Rast emerged as a key contributor for North Greenville. In conference play, Rast posted a 9–4 record with a 3.13 ERA, striking out 77 batters over 71.2 innings.
