Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers finished their 2025 regular season with a split with the Emmanuel Lions in a non-conference doubleheader, with a game one final score of 3-0 in favor of Emmanuel followed by an 8-0 victory for NGU. Game one began with four scoreless innings. Emmanuel would get on the board with a three-run home run in the top of the 5th. Although the Trailblazers did finish with more hits, Emmanuel's three runs would prove to be the only runs of the game as North Greenville was unable to get into the run column.

Owyen Lyall, but took the loss. NGU controlled game two thoroughly, starting with a sacrifice fly by
Karley Green in the 1st. After a scoreless 2nd, NGU would put three runs on the board in the 3rd inning including an RBI double by
Maddie Stone and an RBI single by
Ansley Fowler. Following the three-run 3rd was a four-run 4th that included an RBI triple by
Ali Hartin and RBI singles by
Karley Green,
Ansley Fowler, and
Emily Dawson. Starter
Karley Green would go on to pitch a complete game to secure the win. North Greenville finished the season with a 31-19 overall record.
Ari Day finished her day with three hits, three runs scored, and a sacrifice fly.
Ansley Fowler also recorded three hits in addition to two RBIs and a run scored.
Karley Green posted two hits, two RBIs, two runs scored, and a sacrifice fly. She also pitched 5.0 shutout innings, striking out three and allowing just one hit.Â
NGU will return to action in the Conference Carolinas Tournament, beginning on Thursday, April 24th at Tyger River Park in Duncan, South Carolina.
