Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers finished the regular season with a 20-10 loss to the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College at Pepsi Stadium. Belmont Abbey pulled away early on, leading 4-1 heading into the 2nd quarter. NGU would put up a solid fight to remain within striking distance throughout the quarter as they would head into halftime down by just four. However, BAC would retake the momentum in the 3rd quarter, scoring five goals while holding the Trailblazers to just one goal to take a 15-7 lead at the end of the quarter. The Crusaders pulled away further by two in the 4th quarter to leave Tigerville with a 20-10 victory. NGU dominated the evening in draw controls 23-9 but otherwise trailed in shots, clears, and ground balls. With the regular season complete, NGU finished with a 7-10 overall record with a 4-4 record in conference play.

Kylie Keen finished the night with three goals and an assist in addition to a ground ball and a draw control. Lauren Crane also scored three goals as well as three draw controls and a ground ball. Kami Straub posted two goals, thirteen draw controls, two ground balls, and two caused turnovers.

NGU will return to action in the Conference Carolinas Tournament on Tuesday, April 22nd.
