The North Greenville Trailblazers finished up their 2025 season with a tough loss to the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College with a final score of 14-13 in the quarterfinals of the Conference Carolinas Tournament in Young Harris, Georgia. North Greenville controlled the 1st half with a 3-1 lead at the end of the 1st quarter and outscoring the Mountain Lions 3-2 in the 2nd to take a 6-3 lead into halftime. YHC would take over the momentum in the 3rd quarter, scoring five of the next six goals to lead 8-7. The Trailblazers responded with three straight goals to reclaim the lead. After Young Harris scored two straight, NGU would close out the quarter with a goal to claim a one goal lead going into the 4th quarter. North Greenville would keep the momentum going, scoring two of the next three goals to lead 13-11 with 6:45 remaining in the game. However, the Mountain Lions would control the remainder of the game, scoring three consecutive goals to lead by one. Young Harris would take the draw control and keep the ball away from the Trailblazers to hang on for the win. NGU's season comes to an end with an overall record of 7-10.
