The North Greenville Trailblazers left Greeneville, Tennessee with a narrow 3-2 victory against the Pioneers of Tusculum University in Greeneville, Tennessee. NGU narrowly took the opening two sets, both with scores of 25-23. However, Tusculum would bounce back by taking set three with a score of 25-19 before dominating set four with a score of 25-14. Set five would prove to be a thriller as extra point would be required. North Greenville would score three of the final four points to end things with an 18-16 set win for the overall victory. NGU trailed the Pioneers in attack percentage, finishing at .206 for the evening. However, North Greenville did lead the way in blocks 11-7 and led by one in total kills with fifty-seven.
Logan Keothavy finished with a double-double, posting fifteen kills and ten digs. He also recorded three block assists, a service ace, and an assist.
