Bristol, TN – North Greenville swept the King Tornado on Saturday (25 – 15, 25 – 20, 25 – 23) winning its second straight conference game for the first time this season. North Greenville led the game with four service aces compared to three for the Tornado. The Trailblazers hit .273 as a team while holding King to a hitting percentage of zero. NGU had 42 kills as a team while the Tornado had just 19.
Logan Keothavy led NGU with 11 of those kills.
Benjamin Andexler also had 11 kills.
Michael de la Cruz led NGU with a pair of service aces in the winning effort. Keothavy had one of three NGU solo blocks along with
Jacob Koch and Andexler.
