The North Greenville Trailblazers fell short of the program's first Conference Carolinas Tournament Championship after falling to the Lions of Emmanuel University with a final score of 3-1 in Bristol, Tennessee. After falling in the opening set, the Trailblazers bounced back to take set two with a score of 25-18. NGU held the lead early on in set three, but a run by the Lions late in the set proved to be enough as they would take it with a score of 25-22. North Greenville held a 2-1 lead in set four, but a six point run by Emmanuel allowed the Lions to comfortably manage the set from there, going on to win the set 25-12 to secure the victory. With the 2025 season concluded, the Trailblazers finished with a 17-14 overall record with a 12-8 record in conference play.
