The North Greenville Trailblazers are headed to the Championship Match of the Conference Carolinas Tournament after a thrilling goal in the final seconds of overtime resulted in a 1-0 victory over the Bobcats of Lees-McRae College in Browns Summit, North Carolina. Shots came at a premium throughout the match, with the two teams both posting four shots in the first half. LMC would lead in shots in the second half by just one 4-3 as neither team would end regulation with a goal. North Greenville put up a shot five minutes into the overtime period. That would be the only shot until just seconds remaining. As the first overtime period came to a close, Ognjen Vrkic kicked a last-second shot that would find the upper-left corner of the goal to send the Trailblazers to the Championship Match in thrilling fashion. North Greenville finished the match with a total of nine shots with seven of them on goal.

Ognjen Vrkic was the hero of the match, scoring the last-second goal and finishing with 2 shots. Ezra Hoffman posted 2 shots on goal and provided the only assist of the match. Nicholas Vital recorded 2 shots on goal.

North Greenville will face the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College in the Championship Match of the Conference Carolinas Tournament in Browns Summit, North Carolina on Saturday, November 15th at 2:00 PM.
