Due West, S.C. – North Greenville's defense pitched a shut-out on Saturday while allowing less than 200 – yards of offense in a 30 – 0 win over Erskine.
North Greenville roughed up the Erskine defense to the tune of 373 – yards including 275 – yards through the air. The Fleet were held to just 99 – yards rushing and 73 – passing. The Trailblazers picked off two Erskine passes and blocked a punt, the first of the season for North Greenville.
The Trailblazers led by 20 after the first half.

Reggion Bennett scored on a five yard – rush.
Cillian Bonner added field goals of 30 and 37 – yards. Bonner tacked on another 30 – yard field goal in the third quarter while
Cameron Walker scored his first touchdown catch of the year to extend the lead to 30 – 0 in the third.
The Fleet had their best chance to score in the fourth quarter when they had the ball first and goal a the four yard line. North Greenville defenders turned away the Erskine offense four consecutive plays including a fourth and goal at the two – yard line to keep the slate clean.
Dylan Ramirez threw for 264 – yards and a pair of scores while
Reggion Bennett led all runners with 62 – yards on 12 attempts and a score.
Kaliber Hoey and
George Wilder both picked off passes while
Jakob Mossberg recovered a muffed punt.
