The North Greenville Crusaders advanced to the Conference Carolinas Tournament Championship match with a 3-1 victory over the Tornado of King University in North Charleston, South Carolina. King took the opening set with a close score of 25-22, but NGU responded by comfortably taking set two with a score of 25-15 as well as set three with a score of 25-16. The 4th set would be closely contested and went on to require extra points. However, NGU ultimately was able to come out in front with a score of 27-25 to secure the win and advance. The Crusaders finished with a .342 hit percentage for the match while holding the Tornado to .153. NGU trailed the match in total blocks but led in kills, service aces, assists, and digs.

Diego Rosich led the way with 16 kills as well as 4 digs, 2 block assists, and a service ace. Logan Keothavy posted 13 kills, 5 digs, 3 block assists, 2 assists, and a service ace. Mark Autry finished with 12 kills, 6 block assists, an assist, a service ace, and a dig.

North Greenville will return to action tomorrow in the championship match against Belmont Abbey in North Charleston, South Carolina.
