Belmont, N.C. – North Greenville stormed back in the third quarter on Saturday but a big fourth quarter by Belmont Abbey proved the difference in a 15 – 10 loss for North Greenville.
Belmont Abbey led 9 – 4 heading in to the third period on Saturday, holding North Greenville to just one goal in the first and three in the second quarter. Abbey tacked on one goal in the period but NGU answered with three – more unanswered scores.
Six different players scored for North Greenville in the third quarter. The game moved to the fourth quarter even at 10 – 10 but Belmont Abbye's offense answered, evening its nest quarter of the day with five goals. Defensively BAC held North Greenville scoreless in the final frame to help secure the win.

Christian Cechini led NGU with two goals each on Saturday.
Gabe Nelson had 18 – saves in the goal.
