Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders put together a 3-1 victory over the Emmanuel Lions at Hayes Gymnasium. NGU took set one with a score of 25-22 before the Lions bounced back to take the second set with a score of 25-21. However, NGU responded by taking both sets three and four with the same score of 25-21. NGU trailed in blocks and service aces but led the night with a .252 attack percentage as well as kills, assists, and digs. The win improved NGU's overall record to 7-5 with a 6-2 record in conference play.
Michael de la Cruz led NGU with 13 kills along with 2 block assists, a dig, an assist, and a service ace.
