Tigerville, SC - In the season opener at Hayes Gymnasium, the North Greenville Trailblazers fell to the Augusta Jaguars, ultimately falling 64-52 despite a close halftime score.
The game was intensely competitive throughout the first half, with North Greenville trailing just behind at 29-30 going into halftime. However, the Jaguars managed to extend their lead by the final whistle, securing the win. Top performers for the Trailblazers included
Amaijah Smith, who led with 18 points and contributed 2 steals.
Ja'Mari Frederick was also notable, adding 15 points to the team's tally.
