Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders collected their fourth conference victory of the season on the road in Central, South Carolina with a final score of 15-6 against the Southern Wesleyan Warriors. After going into halftime ahead by just one, NGU would dominate the third quarter by outscoring SWU 7-1, then followed suit by shutting out the Warriors in the fourth quarter while adding two more goals to the lead.
Tori Smith recorded the win as the starting goalkeeper while
Emily Zambrano led the way for NGU offensively, scoring five goals and providing two assists. The Crusaders currently hold a 4-1 record in conference play for the first time since 2019.
