Tigerville – North Greenville scored early in both games on Wednesday and added late insurance runs to sweep USC Aiken 7 – 1 and 5 – 0 in non-conference action. 

The Crusaders scored three runs in the first inning of game one on the power of a Breanna McRae double and an RBI single from Ali Hartin. The three runs would be all NGU needed in the first game as Karly Green allowed just one run in a complete game performance. 

Virginia Bishop delivered a two-run homer in the fifth inning and another RBI in the sixth while Karly Green helped her own cause with an RBI fielder's choice to give NGU a six run lead. 

Briana McRae got NGU on the board early with an  RBI triple in the first inning of game two, leading to a 1 – 0 lead for NGU. Two more runs in each of the fifth and sixth innings would extend NGU's lead to five runs. 

Game two starter Sydney Clark held the Pacers scoreless, giving up four hits in the complete game shutout.
