For the fourth time this season, NGU's Reece Fields has been named the Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week, this time for week eleven of the season. Reece proved to be effective yet again on the mound with 6.0 shutout innings pitched with just two hits and one walk allowed. He went on to earn the win as NGU went on to complete a shutout against Emmanuel College with a final score of 9-0.

This season, Reece Fields currently maintains a 2.93 ERA and an 8-1 record. Opponents are hitting just .215 against him while striking out sixty-four times.

The Crusaders will return to the field on Wednesday, April 20th in Gastonia, North Carolina to take on the Queens University of Charlotte Royals.
