The North Greenville Crusaders fell to the Mount Olive Trojans earlier this afternoon in Mount Olive, North Carolina with a final score of 89-71. Things got off to a rocky start for the Crusaders, who made just one field goal in the opening quarter. NGU improved in the 2nd quarter, shooting .412 from the field, but the Trojans would put up an even more impressive .647 field goal percentage in the quarter to lead 48-29 at halftime. Both teams played their best quarter in the 3rd as the two teams would post their best quarter field goal percentage, but Mount Olive would pull away even further to lead by 28 at the end of three. North Greenville continued to shoot well in the 4th quarter, going ten of sixteen from the field. They would outscore the Trojans by ten in the 4th to cut the final deficit to eighteen.
