Tigerville, SC - North Greenville completed a one-sided 3-0 victory over the Lions of Emmanuel College at Hayes Gymnasium. With the win, the Crusaders have now won nine consecutive sets and have swept three matches in a row.

Recap
- The Crusaders would get off to a good start, jumping ahead to a 10-1 lead in the opening set. NGU would make a habit of jumping out to an early lead in all three sets. Emmanuel would put up a fight with a 5-2 run, but the Crusaders were able to prevent the lead from shrinking any further, taking the opening set 25-18. Sergio Carrillo would provide a solo block to score the final point of the set.
- NGU would pull away in set 2 as well, leading 13-3. The story of the opening set would be the same in the second set as the Lions would wake up but be unable to cut the deficit down to be within striking distance. North Greenville would go on to easily win the set 25-19. Brandon Baker scored a kill to secure the final point.
- North Greenville would lead early in set 3 with an 11-4 run. Emmanuel would post a 5-1 run, their best run of the match. However, NGU would immediately return the favor with a 5-1 run of their own. Tom Curry would post the final kill of the match to take the final set 25-17.
