TIGERVILLE, SC--Debbie Wyatt and Nikki Wood each scored 15 points to heat up a cold Hayes Gymnasium Saturday afternoon as North Greenville University defeated Allen University 76-66. The Crusaders improve to 6-7 on the season, while the Yellow Jackets fall to 0-15.

North Greenville's 26 made free throws made the difference in a game where Allen shot a higher percentage and hit more shots from the field. The Crusaders shot 26-34 from the charity stripe, hitting 17 more free throws than Allen.

In addition to Wyatt and Wood's 15 points each, Amanda Milner and Eboni Davis chipped in 12 and 11 points respectively.

Tiffani Briscoe led Allen with 17 points, while Whitney Williams added 13 points.

The score was tied 37-37 at halftime.

North Greenville returns to action Wednesday night as Converse College visits Hayes Gymnasium for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
