Zach Zarra, a Bethpage, New York native made his way south as a Freshman to play baseball for Landon Powell and the Trailblazers in 2021. He began his coaching career in 2025 as a graduate assistant with NGU. He started in 61 – games for North Greenville while playing in 116 games total. He had 51 – RBI during his career and slugged over .400 during that time. Zarra helped the Trailblazers to four consecutive post season appearances including two trips to the Division II National Championship Tournament including winning the 2022 National Championship.Â
