Teddi Palmer brings over 16 years of cheerleading experience to her role as Assistant Cheerleading Coach at North Greenville University. Her background includes all-star, varsity, and Division I collegiate cheerleading, with national-level competition experience in high school and four appearances at NCA Nationals during college.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University at Albany with minors in Psychology and Sociology, and a Master of Science in Athletic Leadership from Clemson University. Teddi also proudly serves in the South Carolina Army National Guard.

In addition to her athletic career, she gained collegiate coaching experience as a volunteer assistant coach at Clemson University. Teddi is passionate about mentoring student-athletes and helping build a positive, competitive program culture.
