Coach Connor Baroniunas is the Offensive Line Coach for the football program at North Greenville University, where he leads the development of the offensive line group. He works closely with linemen to build strength, technique, cohesion, and fundamental execution in both the run and pass game. His coaching style emphasizes grit, effort, and detailed preparation to help his players perform at their best on game day.
Before joining the Trailblazers’ coaching staff, Connor gained valuable experience as a collegiate football player at Wingate University. There, he was a four-year starter on the offensive line and earned multiple All-Conference honors while standing out as a leader and consistent performer. During his playing career, he also earned recognition for academic achievement, including being named the South Atlantic Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Academic All-District honors.Â
Following his time as a player, Baroniunas began his coaching journey with roles that allowed him to mentor offensive linemen and assist with positional development, laying a strong foundation for his transition to full-time coaching. His background as a successful student-athlete and his detailed understanding of offensive line play have helped shape his approach to teaching and leadership.
