North Greenville University

Matt Williams joins the NGU baseball coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant. He played for four years at the University of South Carolina.

After redshirting his freshman year in 2014, Williams played in a total of 140 games over his next four seasons. His career highlight was a game-tying pinch-hit home run in the 8th inning against Clemson in 2018. USC would go on to win that game 3-2 in walk-off fashion.

Williams graduated from the University of South Carolina in the Spring of 2018 with a degree in Public Health.
