2018: Played in 10-games...A big season for the break-out defensive back who led the Gulf South in interceptions throughout the regular season...Watson garnered All-Conference, All-Region, and All-American honors for his work on the field...The junior fnished with six interceptions and 14 passes defended which were both team highs...Watson also had eight PBU's which were good enough for second on the team...His pass 14 pass defenses also led the Gulf South among active DB's...He also assisted on special teams, returning 11-kickoffs for 135-yards including a long of 31 against West Florida. 

2017: Played in 9-games and had 16 total tackles including 10 solo and 6 assists. Had 2 pass break-ups and 2 deflections. 

High School: Played at Byrnes High School under former head coach Brian Lane.
