Tigerville – North Greenville dropped a Conference Carolinas game to Mount Olive Saturday 18 – 5 at Pepsi Stadium.
The Trojans outscored North Greenville 11 – 1 in the first half. NGU's lone goal came from
Kylie Keen who scored with 12 – minutes to go in the second quarter. Mount Olive would go on to score nine – unanswered goals to extend the lead to 15 – 1 with 6:19 left in the third. North Greenville's offense picked up a bit of steam later in the third quarter when
Lauren Crane scored the Trailblazers second goal of the game.
Kami Straub would score two in the fourth while
Ava Walls would also tack on a goal.
Straub's two goals led NGU in the scoring column. Straub also led NGU with four ground balls.
Tori Smith finished with six saves in the goal.
