The North Greenville Trailblazers fell to the Railsplitters of Lincoln Memorial University with a 3-0 loss in Harrogate, Tennessee. Lincoln Memorial put together an effective day on the attack, finishing with a .508 attack percentage while the Trailblazers put together their share of kills, but ultimately could not keep up, finishing with a .236 percentage. All three sets told similar stories as Lincoln Memorial took an early lead before North Greenville put together a run in the middle of each set, which was followed by a late run by the Railsplitters to take the set. LMU led the night in all major categories including aces, blocks, and kills.
Logan Keothavy finished with eight kills, two service aces, a block assist, and an assist.
Michael de la Cruz posted six kills, two digs, a block assist, and an assist.
Carter Shomock also recorded six kills in addition to a block assist, a dig, and an assist.
North Greenville will take on the Lions of Emmanuel University on Saturday, March 22nd at Hayes Gymnasium.
