Early Goal Lifts Chowan Over NGU

Tigerville – An early first half goal was all Chowan needed against North Greenville as the Hawks earn a 1 – 0 win over NGU on Senior Day. 
 
Chowan scored what would be the only goal of the game in the 41st minute. North Greenville defenders shut down the Hawks for the final 89- minutes but were unable to take advantage of 17 – shots including 14 – shots in the second half. 
 
Valerie Hernandez led North Greenville with three shots on goal. Aubrey Kramer finished with two shots on goal and six total shots to lead the team. Anna Rickle led the keepers with one save.
