Tigerville, SC - North Greenville completed a sweep of the Chowan Hawks with a dominant 21-4 victory on a rainy day at Ray & Bea Dillard Field. NGU scored in all but two innings including five runs in the second inning and four runs in each of the fourth, sixth, and eighth innings. While six Crusaders recorded an extra base hit,
Jalen Vasquez provided the highlight of the night with a grand slam down the right field line. North Greenville finished the day with 21 hits while two errors committed by the Hawks resulted in five unearned runs.
Caleb Freeman pitched a limited 3.2 innings and received his fourth win of the season.
