Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders put together a historical performance on a windy afternoon at Pepsi Stadium, defeating the 10th ranked Trojans of Anderson University with a final score of 10-5. Although both teams struggled to prevent turnovers, NGU would be able to capitalize throughout the afternoon, consistently pulling away with three goals in the first and fourth quarters and two goals in the second and third quarters. Joe Amici would record a historical performance with nineteen saves and just five goals allowed. North Greenville also dominated the afternoon in faceoffs, more than doubling Anderson's faceoffs won with a total of thirteen. The win is North Greenville's third victory against a ranked opponent in program history.
