Due West, S.C. – North Greenville pulled ahead in the third quarter but was unable to hold on late as the Flying Fleet earned a 56 – 49 win over the Crusaders.
The Crusaders took the lead with :53 – seconds left in the third quarter on a Maliyah Locket jumper which made it 34 – 32. It was NGU's second lead of the third quarter. The lead was brief as the Fleet scored the next six points to regain the lead.
Erskine extended the lead to seven late in the fourth quarter.
Jayda Glass knocked down a three pointer with 29 – seconds left to cut the EC lead to 52 – 49. The Fleet knocked down late free throws to add some separation.
