The North Greenville Crusaders put together a dominating 3-0 victory over the #4-seeded Lions of Emmanuel College this afternoon in Mount Olive, North Carolina. NGU held a small but manageable lead throughout the majority of the first two sets before putting the match on ice with a one-sided third set. The Emmanuel Lions as well as Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year James Friddle's season came to an end with a 15-14 overall record with a 7-7 record in conference play. With the victory, NGU advances to the championship match for the first time in program history to take on the winner of the #2 seed King Tornado and #3 seed Mount Olive Trojans, which will be played later tonight.

• Gregory Torres led the night with twelve kills while also posting four digs, a solo block, and a block assist.
• Michael de la Cruz also put together a solid night with nine kills, three service aces, two block assists, and a dig.
• Emanuel Adames recorded seven kills without a single attack error. He also provided three block assists, a solo block, and a dig.
